Town Programs are required -- by Massachusetts law -- to conduct CORI checks on all volunteers (coaches and non coaches). And based on legal advice, the Founders Girls Lacrosse League is also conducting a national background check to supplement CORI.

It is the responsibility of the Founders Girls Lacrosse Member Town Program -- with consultation with the league and its legal and risk management team -- to determine the suitability of a coach or volunteer.
